Ceska®-Star O800 is a deep-frozen pelleted concentrated culture containing a set of defined strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis i Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris. This O-culture is intended for direct inoculation in a kettle in the production of fermented foods cream products and cheese when gas formation is not desired.
