VFS-800G-50-1500-260-LFT
800G-50-1200-300-LFT is a high-performance vacuum bagging film ideally suited for advanced composite manufacturing applications requiring complex tooling geometry. Featuring a highly conformable transparent co-polymer construction, VFS-800G-50-1200-300-LFT remains soft and pliable during cures up to 177°C (351°F) allowing for uniform compaction and void removal. Its maximum use temperature of 204°C (400°F) also makes it suitable for higher temperature composite processing. The product's tensile strength and elongation properties ensure dimensional stability under vacuum pressure. Its flexibility and moisture resistance translates to reduced waste and rework during vacuum bagging of advanced material components.
