ZOLTEK PX35-48 CF 8MM

ZOLTEK PX35-48 CF 8MM is a chopped carbon fiber with a nominal length of 8mm. It provides excellent mechanical and electrical properties for reinforcement in thermoplastic molding compounds requiring high strength and modulus, low density, electrical conductivity, dimensional stability, low thermal expansion and excellent friction/wear properties. ZOLTEK PX35-48 CF 8MM injection molding of articles for use as components in applications requiring static dissipation and/or EMI shielding. Such articles include electronic devices, dust handling equipment, and notebook computer enclosures. It is recommended for PBT/PET, PA (nylon) materials. With a tensile strength of 240 MPa and tensile modulus of 21 GPa, ZOLTEK PX35-48 CF 8MM offers superior mechanical properties for the manufacturing of high performance materials used in various Advanced applications requiring strength, stiffness and durability.
