POLIDENE 33-083

POLIDENE 33-083 is an aqueous anionic copolymer emulsion designed specifically as a binder for water-based metal primers. This emulsion appears creamy white, with a non-volatile content ranging from 59.0% to 61.0% at 110 °C for 1 hour (Filter Papers). It has a pH value of 2.1 – 3.0 (neat, pH meter), density of 1.3 g/cm³ at 25 °C, viscosity ranging from 30 to 70 mPa.s, and a Minimum Film Formation Temperature (MFFT) of 12 °C. POLIDENE 33-083 is characterized by excellent barrier properties, making formulated paints exhibit outstanding salt spray corrosion resistance. Additionally, it is APEO-free, and it is commonly used in the formulation of anti-corrosive primers and rust converters.
