WACKER BS 16
WACKER BS® 16 is an aqueous solution of Potassium methyl siliconate and is used in diluted form for water-repellent impregnation of mineral building materials used. WACKER BS® 16 develops its water-repellent Properties through reaction with carbonic acid (CO2) from the air. The one from the silicone building protection agent The active substance formed is polymethylsilicic acid. Like all siliconates, WACKER BS® 16 at Application on colored building materials an undesirable cause white deposits to form.
