It has a shelf life of 365 days and flashpoint of > 96°C. Orange Emulsion E-579990 is suitable halal and kosher. It can be used in the food industry GMP dosage in Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages only with the benefit of flavour and colour in one stable ingredient.
