ANTRANCINE 54 is a liquid formulation containing the antioxidant BHA in propylene glycol. Citric acid is added as a sequestering agent. ANTRANCINE 54 can be added into fat or oil of 60-80 °C while stirring until the product is homogeneously mixed. ANTRANCINE 54 provides antioxidant protection and helps extend the shelf life of products. ANTRANCINE 54 is Halal and Kosher certified and suitable for vegans.
