PUREMALT RD 34

PUREMALT RD 34 is a hot water extract of roasted barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) malt, concentrated by vacuum evaporation and spray dried to produce a fine granular powder. PUREMALT RD 34 is manufactured according to the standards specified by the BRGS for Food Safety. It has a characteristic roasted malt, burnt toast or coffee-like flavour and odour. PUREMALT RD 34 is suitable for use in the food industry as it provides colouring properties. It can be used in bakery, confectionary, ice-cream, soups, sauces, ready meals and meat free or vegan alternatives. PUREMALT RD 34 is a natural caramelised barley malt flavour that is free from contaminants and pesticides. It is also gluten free and suitable for vegans.
