PLURIOL V-10

Pluriol V 10 is a high molecular weight, extremely viscous polyoxyalkylene polyol, known for its thickening efficiency in water-glycol fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, requiring up to 20% less than other thickeners. It offers excellent film-forming, chemical, and shear stability, while being noncorrosive and non-foaming, actively suppressing foam in formulations. Its lubricating properties and material compatibility make it ideal for metalworking applications, metal quenchant formulations, and metal cutting/grinding coolants, providing controlled cooling rates. Additionally, it is resistant to hydrolysis, bacteria, oxidation, and heat, making it a reliable choice for plasticizing, lubricating, and softening applications.
