SUMIKAEXCEL PES 4100G is a high performance engineering thermoplastic resin that provides excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and dimensional stability. SUMIKAEXCEL PES 4100G resin offers strength, rigidity and durability ideal for demanding applications. It has high tensile strength of 85 MPa and flexural strength of 120 MPa along with glass transition temperature of 225°C, making it suitable for use under heavy load and high temperature conditions. SUMIKAEXCEL PES 4100G resin maintains dimensional stability and withstands chemicals, oils and solvents. It also has flame retardant V-0 rating as per UL 94 testing at 0.41 mm thickness.
